TMT ID – Event Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all in-person, virtual and hybrid events (“Events”) organised, hosted or operated by TMT Analysis Limited (“TMT ID”). It applies to all attendees, guests, representatives, speakers and participants, including all interactions occurring during or in connection with an Event, including networking sessions, informal discussions and digital participation.

Purpose

TMT ID is committed to ensuring that Events are conducted in a professional, respectful, compliant and commercially appropriate manner.

This Code of Conduct is intended to support:

Respectful and Inclusive Environment

Attendees must not:

Any concerns regarding attendee behaviour should be raised promptly with a TMT ID representative.

Appropriate Discussions

Attendees are encouraged to discuss:

Discussions should be conducted responsibly and based only on personal experience, publicly available information or information authorised for disclosure. Feedback provided to TMT ID in connection with an Event is provided on the basis set out in the Feedback provisions of the Event Terms and Conditions.

Competition Law and Restricted Discussions

To ensure compliance with competition, antitrust and market conduct laws, attendees must not discuss, disclose or exchange:

Nothing in this section prevents an attendee from providing feedback, requirements or product input directly to TMT ID in relation to TMT ID’s own products, services and roadmap, provided that no competitively sensitive information of any other attendee or third party is disclosed or exchanged in doing so. If an attendee is uncertain whether a topic is appropriate, the discussion should not proceed.

Confidentiality and Information Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information shared during an Event must be treated as confidential.

Attendees must not:

Confidentiality obligations continue after the conclusion of the Event.

Anti-Bribery and Business Integrity

Events are hosted in accordance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Any hospitality, meals, travel, accommodation or entertainment provided by TMT ID:

Attendees remain responsible for ensuring compliance with their employer’s policies and applicable laws.

Marketing, Solicitation and Commercial Activity

Events are intended for professional engagement and relationship-building purposes.

Attendees must not:

Photography, Recording and Publicity

TMT ID may photograph, record or otherwise capture Events for operational, security, marketing or promotional purposes.

Attendees must not independently record or broadcast Event content without prior written approval from TMT ID.

Attendees who object to being photographed or identified in Event-related materials may notify TMT ID at any time, including after the Event, in which case TMT ID will cease further use of the relevant materials within a reasonable period. Advance notice is encouraged where practicable.

Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or the applicable Event Terms and Conditions may result in:

TMT ID reserves the right to intervene in discussions or activities where it reasonably considers there may be legal, regulatory, operational or reputational risk.
