Service Closure Notification
TMT ID has made the decision to withdraw our OCS Pre-paid Number Intelligence service, accessed through the Viteza portal here.
Key Timeline & What This Means for You
- Notice Period: We are providing 90 days’ advance notice starting 1st September 2026.
- Service Termination Date: The Viteza portal and OCS Pre-paid Number Intelligence service will be fully retired on 30th November 2026.
- Query Credit Balance: Account top-ups will no longer be available starting 31st October 2026. You can continue using your remaining balance right up to the termination date, queries submitted after this date will not be processed. Any unused balance after November 30 will be automatically refunded to your original payment method or PayPal within 4–7 business days. No action is required on your part.
- Tax Invoices: Since portal access will end on the termination date, please make sure to export your records beforehand. You will find step-by-step instructions for downloading your invoices and activity records for accounting in Section 2 of the guide found here.
